Adult Use and Children’s Personal Data

Dexsport does not provide services to children and does not intentionally collect children’s Personal Data. After verifying the case, Dexsport will delete the relevant information where appropriate.

Personal Data Dexsport May Process

On-chain Financial Data may include wallet addresses, on-chain transaction records, account balances, and other blockchain-related information generated or made accessible through Interface activity.

How Dexsport Collects Data

Dexsport may collect Personal Data directly from users, automatically through the Interface, or from third-party and public sources where permitted by applicable law.

Users may voluntarily submit Identity Data and Contact Data through interactive forms, including whitelist forms or other forms available through the Interface. Technical Data may be collected through cookies, server logs, and similar technologies to support platform operation, security, and performance measurement.

Information from third parties or public sources may be used only where it is relevant to platform operation, security, analysis, fraud prevention, or optimization.

Purposes of Processing

Dexsport processes Personal Data for purposes connected with the Interface and in accordance with applicable legal requirements. Personal Data may be used to maintain Interface functionality, provide technical support, strengthen security, prevent fraud, optimize user experience, measure performance, and analyze visitor behavior.

Personal Data processed by Dexsport may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in different countries or regions. Data protection rules in those locations may differ from the rules applicable in the user’s place of residence.
