General Terms

Platform Rules and Acceptance

Dexsport operates an online access environment available through dexsport.io and related service points. In this document, that environment is referred to as the “Interface”. The Interface connects users with software functions, data protocol elements, virtual currency interaction tools, and liquidity-related features linked to the Dexsport ecosystem.

Using the Interface is not a casual visit without legal effect. Once a user opens, connects to, browses, or otherwise interacts with the Interface, the user accepts these rules as a binding agreement with Dexsport. Any person acting for a company, organization, or other legal entity confirms authority to accept these rules on that entity’s behalf.

A user who does not accept this agreement must not use the Interface. Use of the Interface also includes acceptance of the dispute provisions below, including individual arbitration where applicable and the waiver of class, collective, or representative proceedings.

Access Conditions and Restricted Territories

The Interface is available only to users who are at least eighteen years old, have legal capacity, and may lawfully enter into a binding agreement with Dexsport. Each user must comply with all laws, sanctions, regulations, and restrictions that apply to their access and use.

Access is not allowed for any person or entity connected with the United States, including citizens, residents, incorporated entities, and entities with a registered office or principal business location there. The Interface is also unavailable from restricted territories, including Myanmar, Ivory Coast, Burundi, Cuba, Crimea and Sevastopol, Belarus, Antigua and Barbuda, Algeria, Bangladesh, Bolivia, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Mali, Liberia, Nicaragua, North Korea, Nepal, Somalia, Morocco, Sudan, Syria, Yemen, Venezuela, Zimbabwe, Ecuador, and any jurisdiction subject to sanctions enforced by the United States, the United Kingdom, or the European Union.

Attempts to bypass these restrictions are prohibited. Users must not rely on VPNs, proxies, IP masking, address-hiding tools, or similar technologies to conceal their location or access status. Dexsport may limit, suspend, block, or refuse access to the Interface at any time.

User Compliance Duties

Every user is responsible for deciding whether use of the Interface is legal in their own jurisdiction. Dexsport does not undertake to advise users about tax duties, filings, reporting obligations, licensing issues, regulatory restrictions, or other legal consequences.

The Interface must not be used where such use is unlawful or where it would create registration, licensing, reporting, or other legal obligations for Dexsport that Dexsport has not agreed to accept. Users must also ensure that any virtual currency or crypto asset used in connection with Dexsport has a lawful origin. Assets connected with drug trade, dark web activity, sanctions evasion, fraud, theft, criminal proceeds, or other unlawful sources may result in access being denied or blocked.

Decentralized Systems and Information Limits

The Interface gives access to blockchain-related tools and decentralized systems, including virtual currency networks, protocol functions, supporting software, and on-chain interaction mechanisms. Such technologies carry risks by nature, including cryptographic failures, network congestion, price volatility, smart contract flaws, protocol issues, transaction delays, and changing on-chain fees.

Dexsport does not operate or control the underlying blockchain networks, public blockchain software, virtual currency systems, transaction confirmation processes, or the Protocol itself. Once a user initiates an on-chain interaction, Dexsport cannot guarantee, cancel, reverse, modify, or confirm it.

Materials and data shown through the Interface are provided for reference only. They are not an offer, solicitation, investment recommendation, financial advice, tax advice, legal advice, or technical instruction. Users should obtain independent professional advice before making decisions involving digital assets, legal duties, taxes, technical systems, or financial exposure.

Digital Asset Risk and Wallet Responsibility

By using the Interface, users confirm that they understand the risks of blockchain-based assets and decentralized technologies. Each user remains responsible for their own decisions, transactions, wallet activity, and related actions.

Digital asset markets may move quickly because of liquidity, adoption, speculation, security events, technology changes, regulation, market sentiment, and other factors. Network speed and transaction cost may also change suddenly. Dexsport does not assume liability for losses connected with market movement, blockchain conditions, failed or delayed transactions, fees, volatility, or similar variables.

Users must protect their own private keys, wallet credentials, passwords, devices, and virtual currency. Dexsport is not responsible for assets, wallets, private keys, credentials, devices, or passwords that are lost, stolen, mishandled, compromised, or impossible to recover.

Misuse of the Interface

The Interface must not be used for illegal, abusive, fraudulent, manipulative, harmful, or security-related misconduct. Users must not breach this agreement, violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, interfere with networks or systems, distribute harmful code, reverse engineer the Interface, publish false information, manipulate markets, engage in spoofing or wash trading, or carry out similar misconduct.

Crypto-specific misuse is also prohibited. Users must not attempt to obtain another person’s private keys, wallet credentials, passwords, or account information. Users must not launder crypto assets, use funds derived from crime, use assets connected with dark web activity, drug trade, fraud, theft, or sanctions evasion, or help another person do so.

Circumvention of regional restrictions is also prohibited. If Dexsport believes that a user has violated this agreement, applicable law, access restrictions, or security requirements, Dexsport may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Interface.

Rights in Content and User Materials

Dexsport owns or controls rights in the Interface and its protected content, including software, text, interface design, images, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, patents, and other protected materials. Elements that form part of open-source protocol software remain subject to their own applicable rules. Access to the Interface does not transfer ownership, intellectual property rights, or other proprietary rights to the user.

Users may not copy, modify, adapt, license, sell, publish, distribute, or allow third parties to use the Interface or its content without express authorization from Dexsport.

Users keep ownership of materials they submit through the Interface. By submitting materials, users grant Dexsport a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, copy, publish, transmit, distribute, and process those materials in accordance with applicable law. Feedback, comments, bug reports, suggestions, and similar submissions may be used by Dexsport without payment or confidentiality obligations.

Third-Party Resources and Privacy

The Interface may display or link to third-party websites, services, materials, products, promotions, or other resources. Dexsport does not own, control, endorse, or guarantee those resources. Any user who accesses third-party resources does so at their own risk.

Use of the Interface also involves acknowledgment of Dexsport’s Privacy Policy. Personal information may be collected, used, stored, disclosed, and otherwise processed in accordance with that Privacy Policy and applicable rules.

Warranty Disclaimer

The Interface is made available on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Dexsport disclaims warranties of every category, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties connected with the Interface, the Protocol, software code, data, content, or related information.

Dexsport does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, reliability, security, availability, uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, fitness for any purpose, absence of defects, or absence of harmful components. No statement, message, data point, or material made available through the Interface creates a warranty. Users accept the risks of using the Interface.

Liability and Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dexsport and its related parties shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or similar damages. This includes loss of profits, goodwill, data, use, private keys, virtual currency, or other intangible property.

This limitation applies to losses connected with hacking, unauthorized access, service interruptions, technical failures, errors, bugs, viruses, third-party conduct, lost credentials, lost assets, or use of information obtained through the Interface.

Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dexsport and its related parties from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from use of the Interface, breach of these Terms, unlawful conduct, infringement of third-party rights, or use of the Interface by another party with the user’s assistance.

Disputes, Law and Arbitration

Any dispute between a user and Dexsport relating to the Interface or this agreement is personal to those parties. Users may act only in an individual capacity and may not bring class arbitration, class action, collective action, or representative proceedings.

Before starting formal proceedings, the user must send a notice to [email protected]. The notice must include the user’s name, mailing address, email address, description of the dispute, and requested remedy. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty days, either party may begin arbitration where permitted by this agreement. Any claim must be filed within one year from the date the dispute arises, otherwise the right to bring the claim is permanently barred.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Seychelles, excluding conflict of laws principles. Any unresolved dispute must be resolved by binding arbitration in London, United Kingdom, in English, under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims from different parties or preside over class, representative, or multi-party proceedings. The Interface is deemed to be based in the Seychelles, and access from another location does not create jurisdiction outside the Seychelles.

Updates and Final Terms

Dexsport may publish updated versions of these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when the user first accesses or uses the Interface after the updated version is posted. Continued use of the Interface is deemed acceptance of the revised Terms. If the user does not accept the revised Terms, the user must stop using the Interface. Rights and obligations that should remain effective after termination of use shall continue to apply. These Terms and all incorporated supporting materials constitute the entire agreement between the user and Dexsport regarding use of the Interface and replace prior agreements, communications, and understandings on the same subject. Questions about these Terms may be sent to [email protected].
